Il meccanismo è comune a quello di molti paesi nordici, cioè si tratta di un vero e proprio contratto di lavoro previa assunzione tramite colloquio diretto; mentre si lavora come "medico assistente" ci si specializza, il tutto sotto la supervisione di un tuo superiore.

In generale la Svezia (come anche la Danimarca) è abbastanza carente di medici, chiaramente vengono ricercati in primo luogo gli specialisti ma vi è anche una certa disponibilità per aspiranti specializzandi. I posti disponibili sono pubblicizzati su internet, quelli che si riferiscono agli "specializzandi" li trovi alla voce ST-läkare (medici in training specialistico) o ST-tjänster (cioè posti di lavoro di training specialistico). Un sito di riferimento è jobb.lakartidningen.se/   seleziona dall'elenco Specialitet la voce AT/ST-tjänster ed avrai l'elenco dei posti attualmente disponibili; ogni settimana viene aggiornato.

Unico particolare ... gli annunci sono in svedese, dal momento che, per quanto l'inglese sia quasi universalmente parlato al limite del bilinguismo, l'unica lingua ufficiale e necessaria nella vita quotidiana è lo svedese.

Purtroppo è difficilissimo entrare nel sistema "Svezia" qualcuno riesce ma non è immediato anche se hanno carenza di medici, anche se fai domanda nel Norrland

In che senso "entrare nel sistema Svezia"? Puoi spiegarti meglio?

Ti riferisci ai medici in generale o agli specializzandi?

Io so soltanto che la Svezia recluta un sacco di medici stranieri, molti tedeschi ma anche di altre nazionalità, addirittura inviando delle "delegazioni" in giro per l'Europa. Una dottoressa italiana appena specializzata (in Italia) in medicina interna che ho "conosciuto" tramite internet è stata assunta un anno fa in Svezia (non al polo nord) dopo appena un colloquio di lavoro.
