Hi
To work in NZ you would need to have 3 years experience if you go to England. Sitting the AMC exam will mean you can sit the NZREX Clinical Exam. If you are going to sit the AMC, you would probably be best to just sit the NZREX.
Italy is considered a comparable health country, so once you hold full registration there and also have three year work experience you would be eligible to apply for registration via the comparable health pathway (same as going to the UK).
My experience is doctors who have experience in the UK definitely find positions easier than those from other European countries, especially junior doctors.
Good luck and let me know if you end up sitting the NZREX or going to the UK for 3 years (you will need to hold full registration with the GMC).
Kind regards
Kerrie
